To ensure you have the most pleasant stay and to prevent any potential misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to familiarise yourself with the house rules.
- Upon arrival, hand over the documents to the owner or caretaker so they can register the guest. The tourist tax is €1.50 per day for adults, children under 12 are exempt from the tax, and teenagers aged 12 to 18 pay half, which amounts to €0.75 per day.
- The owner or authorised person for the apartments is available to you for all the information and help you need throughout your stay.
- Upon arrival, the guest receives the keys to the apartment. An inventory list of everything located in the apartment is attached. The guest is responsible for ensuring the inventory remains in the exact same condition upon departure, and is also responsible for the keys. In the event that you notice any damage or defect upon arrival at the apartment, please report it to the owner as soon as possible so that it can be rectified.
- Please take care of the apartment and handle the furniture and equipment inside the apartment and outside the property with care. It is not permitted to move furniture between rooms or to take indoor equipment and crockery to other apartments, outside the property, or to the beach.
- Guests are responsible for order and cleanliness in the apartment. The owner is not obliged to clean and tidy the apartment during the guests' stay, nor to take out the rubbish from the apartment. The rubbish bin is located in front of the house.
- Guests must provide their own towels, tea towels, toilet paper, toiletries, cleaning products and washing-up liquid.
- By arrangement with the apartment manager, you may use the fireplace/barbecue at the back of the apartment building. After use, guests are responsible for tidying up and cleaning (leaving the apartment in a clean condition).
- Guests are required to look after their own belongings and valuables left in the apartment. The owner is not responsible for any lost or missing items. When leaving the apartment, please lock the door.
- It is strictly forbidden to cause noise during the night rest period from 22:00 to 08:00 in the morning.
- The manager has no right to enter the apartment in the absence of the guests. An exception is made for special circumstances that make it strictly necessary to enter in order to prevent damage or danger. The manager is obliged to inform the guests of their entry at the first subsequent meeting. In the event of a justified suspicion by the manager that damage has been caused, the guests are obliged to allow the owner to enter the apartment to check the condition.
- To maintain an appropriate temperature and ensure healthy living, we recommend setting the air conditioning to a temperature of 23 to 24 degrees Celsius and making sure that windows are shaded to prevent light and thus heat from entering the room. Do not use the air conditioning with open doors and windows, as its effectiveness is negated. When you leave the apartment, switch off the lights, electrical appliances, gas installations and close the taps.
- Please use water economically and collect plastic bottles separately, thereby helping to reduce the burden on the environment.
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
- Please do not use running water to cool food and beverages (as it is not cold enough to chill drinks, and we also adhere to the economical use of water). It is also forbidden to throw waste into toilets, washbasins, and other places not intended for such purposes.
- On the day of your departure, you must vacate the apartment by 10 am so that it can be cleaned and prepared for other guests arriving after you who are entitled to check in at 2 pm.
- You must leave the apartment you have rented in the same condition as it was upon your arrival – tidy and undamaged. A guest who intentionally or unintentionally causes a breakdown or damage to the property will be required to reimburse the owner for the full amount of the damage incurred.
- By starting to use the apartment, it is deemed that the guest is familiar with the house rules and agrees to the obligations and conditions stated therein. Complaints will only be considered if reported during the stay. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted.
